2020 Summer Workforce Development
All THAT provides both training and work experience for students. We ensure that students develop work ethic and soft skills such as dependability and reliability, professionalism and initiative, relational skills including communication and response to supervision; conflict resulution and a willingness to take direction.
All THAT will provide workforce development training between June 8th and July 31st. Participating students earn OSHA10 and AED/CPR and First Aid certifications; tour local businesses; colleges and trade schools. Students may be paid a weekly stipend for active engagement during the training program which may lead to employment during the school year.
